NE\tf YORK, Aug. 29. At a private luncheon- in New York given by a banking and financial group, Mr. B. S. B. Stevens, the Premier of New South Wales, outlined the financial position of Australia, particularly with reference to New South W ales. He will confer with the same group again next week, after which lie hopes to receive a definite decision with reference to the refunding of the New South Wales dollar bonds.
