THAMES VALLEY BEATEN 18—8 (Per Press Association.) Tl£i KUITT, last night. On Saturday in Te Kuiti, King Country defeated; Thames Valley by 18 to eight. A bus went over the bank at the Narrows, near Hamilton, and. two players, Sutherland and Rowe, being admitted to hospital suffering from outs, while Mortimer also was unable to play. The game was fairly interesting. King Country scorers were Phillips (2), Cam-, ei'on, Grossman, Bryers and; Box, and for Thames Valley, Hughes and Veddar.
