NEW HIGH COMMISSIONER
LONDON INTRODUCTIONS STAFF AND BOARDS (Reed. Aug. 29, 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, Aug. 28. Sir James Parr, who is retiring next week from the position of High Commissioner for New Zealand, gave a luncheon to-day at the Savoy Hotel to the staff of New Zealand House and representatives of the produce boards and shipping companies for the purpose of meeting Mr. W. J. Jordan, who is to succeed Sir James.
