SOUTHLAND MEAT CO. THEFTS SUSPECTED (Per Press Association.) INVERCARGILL, last night. When the sheep of the Southland Frozen Moat Company’s experimental fanvi a! Stock had been taken at the end of June, and the eonelusion was reached that the missing sheep had been stolen. Exhaustive inquiries have been made, ami the company is now ottering a reward of £1 CO for information leading to the arrest of the thieves. The opinion is held that the thefts have been the work of an organised party rather than that of individual thieves.
