pOK. the woman who desires to look well dressed on a small income, the idea of having a number of little jackets in varying styles and fabrics to wear .over one well-tailored black frock is nil admirable one. These little coats c-an be swinging hip-length jackets .of printed silk, flaring tunics of printed linen, or white pique, or little boleros of linen or silk.
