WILD QUEENSLAND SCENE WOMAN VICTIM DIES - (Reed. Aug, 20, noon.) BRISBANE, Aug. 20. Wild confusion occurred at the gates of tue Royal National -_Show Ground when an outgoing stream of about 50,000 spectators met thousands of persons entering the grounds for the night session. A terrific jam occurred. Women screamed and fainted and one woman who was caught in the thick of the crush collapsed and died. Sailors from visiting warships and police were unable to clear the passage-way until the pressure had been eased by thousands escaping into the streets.
