REPORT ON CONFERENCE The president, who at leaded the Dominion conference recenth with Mr. Witch, gave a report on the proceed itigs. After discussion and having heard the wool scourers' arguments, both proposals were thrown out. .Mr. (I. V. Smith: The manufacturers Jo not want the wool scoured. The\ never have wauled it. In stead, however, ii was decided to form the Farmers Federation of Employers' Fnion, and this new body would coni for soon with the Sheepowners' Federation ami the Fruitgrowers' I Federal ion.
