THREE POWERS ONLY LONDON CONFERENCE PULLER ASSEMBLY LATER (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. July 18, 12 noon) PARIS, July 17. It, is reliably stated that conversations between the Locarno Treaty Towers are being held in London next week. England, France and Belgium alone will be represented. It is hoped that a fuller meeting, including Italy and Germany, will be held in'September m Brussels. The French Prime Minister, M. Leon Blum, and the French Foreign Minister, M. Delbos, are expected to represent France at the London meeting.
