CATTLE SUBSIDY PLAN
PAYMENT IN BRITAIN

Reed. 0.30 a.m. RUGBY, June 11. The cattle subsidy would be continued until the end of October, said the Minister of Agriculture, Mr. Walter Elliot, in the House of Commons to-day.
He 'added that he was not yet in the position to say when a statement of the Government’s long-term policy for the icattle industry would be made.
