CHANGE AT AUCKLAND MR. \Y. F. DOYLE LEAVING (l’er Press Association.) AUCKLAND, this day. Cabled advice of the appointment of Air. Joseph fl. < Irooninger, now stationed at Karachi, India, to the oflice of Americaii Consul at Auckland lias been received by the present, Consul. Mr. Walter T. Hoyle. Mr. ("irooninger, who will proceed 1o his new post, as soon as possible, comes from Ihe Slate of Maryland. Ho entered the United Stales Foreign Service in 1911 as vice-Consul at Copenhagen. since when lie has served in Berlin, Ksthonia, Rotterdam,, .lava, and Karachi, where he has boon for Hie last five years. Mr. Hoyle is unaware as to which post he will be transferred, but ho is due for a long leave of absence, which be intends to spend in America before taking up his new duties.
