SUMMONING OF LEAGUE
A EGENTINA’S REQUEST (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 1 p.m. RUGBY, June 2. The Foreign Secretary. Mr. Anthony. Eden, this morning saw the Argentine Ambassador, who gave him the firstofficial intimation which the British Government lias received of tire proposal put forward by the Argentine Government for the early summoning of the League Assembly. Details of the proposal will be communicated from Geneva to the British and other League Governments in due course, by Ihe Secretariat.
