£5,000,000 WILL DISPUTE
OIL MAGNATE'S ESTATE
NEW YORK, April 14. The dispute over the will of Colonel Henry Huddleston Rogers, the oil magnate, who loft approximately £;*>,- 000,000, was carried before the courts to-day. The. widow, Mr*. Paulino Rogers, asked tliat documents waiving hor rights, which she signed two years ago, .should be set aside. According 1o New York Stale law, she has the right as widow to oneIhird. of the estate, but under the terms of the document which she claims she signed in ignorance of its meaning ske merely receives the income from a £400,000 trust fund. Another light, over the colonel's will may be started by his son Henry, who was left only the income from a £IOO,OOO trust fund.
