CAPPING DAY CEREMONY WELLING TON DECISION (Per Press Association.) ■WELLINGTON, this day. The chairman of tho Professorial Board of Victoria University College announces that the board, after an investigation into tho conduct at the last capping procession, has punished offenders and prohibited the holding of the procession in tho future.
