MURDER ALLEGED
VICTIM DECLINED DUEL AUSTRALIAN TRAGEDY (Reed. June I,' 11 a.m.) ' .. SYDNEY, June 1. When he is alleged to have refused to fight" a duel with rifles at Boomi, near Mudgee, William Duncpmbe, aged 32 years, a farm worker, was shot through the chest and killed instantly, according to tho police.
A man has been arrested and charged with murder. . ~;•'*
