\'LW YORK, April 14. \)v. Werner llagemanii, German 'biographer, historian, ami architect, whose books have been banned and publicly 'burned in Germany, died today in New Vork, aged . r i4 years. Dr. Arthur B. Duel, who, in Bub, found a cure for facial paralysis when working with Sir Charles BaUnnce, consulting surgeon to the British Army, also died here to-day. He. was aged On.
