HOCKEY
ALTERATION IN DRAW BOYS’ GAMES STARTING To-morrow will see the commencement, of the Poverty Bay Hockey Association’s schoolboy competition. Four teams have entered, and further teams may he available. The draw for the schoolboys’ matches to bo played on the Childers Load Reserve to-morrow will be as follows: Rovers v. Turaiiganni, No. 1 ground, 9 a.m.; Mari-st v. Mangapapa, No. 2, 9 a.m. Other teams desiring to play are asked to attend at the, reserve. Messrs. H. Le Ras and Mahnnga Pore will he the umpires.
A change lias been made in tho times set down for onci of the men’s senior and ladies’ sub-association games. The Defence-Caledonian men’s senior match, previously set down for 1.45 p.m., will he played at 3 p.m., and the Kia Toa club’s game, A v. B, will commence, at I. p.m. on No. 2i ground. All other games scheduled will he played as arranged. A practice will he held for the Y.M.C.A. and Caledonian junior teams on tlie reserve at 1 p.m. THE TEAMS Teams for to-morrow will include:Y.M.C.A. A.—A. Coker, K. Nicol, J. Stacey,’ B. Crosby, F. Gavin, B. Cfothers, A. Stein, B. Harrison, K. Harrison, C. Prentice and F. Forman. Y.M.C.A. ]3. —M. Stephenson, M. Lynskey, H. Nicol, C. Ferguson, G. Hall, D. Richardson, A. Stiehbury, B. Hanlon, J. Stokes, M. Krebs and A. Lawton. The game between the two Y.M.C.A. teams will be played on the High School ground at 1.45 p.m. Old Girls A.—Misses Franks, G. Foss, N. Allen,’ J. Greig, E. Felton, T.
