Dunedin. —May 27: Arrived, Breeze, at !) a.in., from Wellington. Sailed, Narbada, at 7 a.m., for London. T( must have been a very absentminded owner who could forget that bis ear was missing for some two months, states the Grey River Argus. Some time ago a ear was left in the Otirn Gorge and unclaimed for three weeks. It was then transported to Otira, where it remained for a month. In that time extensive inquiries eventually revealed that the owner was a resident of Te Awamutu, but, so far as is known, the ear, quite a modern model, is still at Utira.
