Reed. 9.30 a.m. RUGBY, May 25The King has approved the appointment, of Sir Joseph Addison, the British Minister at Prague, as His Majesty’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary at Santiago, in succession to Sir Robert Miehell, who is retiring early in 1937.

The King, lias also approved the appointment of Mr. Charles Henry Benthick, the Minister at Sofia, to be llis Majesty’s Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary at Prague.
