An application for the admioislralion ot the estate oi the late Mrs, Sarah Peach and for the sale of two houses I o lining the unrealised portion of the estate was made to Mr. Justice Bred in the Supreme Court. (Ids afternoon. It was explained that the parties had agreed oil an order for a sale with the approval of the registrar, and the court’s approval of that, order was sought. Ills Honour made an order in terms of the agreement. .Mr. J. Blair appeared for certain of the beneficiaries and Mr. L. T. Burnard for the “oniaiuing beneficiaries.
