MORE AIR HOSTESSES
CAREERS FOR (ERLS MELBOURNE, May 14. The extension of air services lias opened a now career for Australian girls. JJolymans Airways, Ply., Ltd., recently appointed Miss M. Orel!her and Miss Blanche Due, of Melbourne, as air hostesses in the new Douglas air liner Bungana. The experiment inis proved successful, and the company has decided to appoint two more girls, who will begin their duties on May 25. One of the girls is Miss Gladys Allan, of Newport. It is expected that the other will be Miss Phyllis Daniels, of Launceston. The four hostesses will be on duty alternately in the 111186 Loila flying to Sydney, and in the Bungana Hying to Launceston. They will also act as reception clerl-s to passengers at the aerodromes.
