QUESTIONS AT CANBERRA ... . . CANBERRA, May 14. In tho House of Representatives on Wednesday Mr. Holloway (Lab., Vic.) referred to a recent statement made by tho Prime Minister, Mr. Lyons, that he (Mr. Lyons) was in touch With the Now Zealand and State Cabinets concerning the recent activities of tho New Zealand Perpetual Forests. Mr. Holloway asked Mr. Lyons a series of questions, one of which was: “In view of the great loss • with which many of our most thrifty . citizens are being faced, will he follow up his statement made in Melbourne ..HUd .in this House, by action at an oftrly date.” , # Mr. Lyons, replying to this question; said: “Tho Prime Minister of New Zoalahd will bo communicated With at onf'o.”
