SEIZURE BY DUTCH
JAP. PEARLING BOATS WEST PAPUAN WATERS TOKIO, April 10. Tho former Navy Minister, Admiral Minco Isumi, at present a member of the Supreme War Council, sailed today for a month's tour of inspection of "the mandated territory. ■ It is reported that the Dutch authorities seized two Japanese pearling boats without reason in Sole Strait, West Papua, and impounded them in Ambon Bay. It is surmised that the Dutch are alarmed and are trying to hamper Japanese expansion. The Japanese Foreign Oftieo is reported to be inquiring.
