RESUMING DUTY
AMERICAN GENERAL CLOSURE OF INCIDENT (Reed. April 15, noon.) WASHINGTON, April 13. General Ilugood was ordered to be restored to active duty to-day, following two personal appeals to President Roosevelt. He was assigned to the important command of the Sixth Corps area in Chicago, thus closing an incident which threatened to have considerable political repercussions.
