£IO,OOO BANKRUPTCY

ASSETS REALISED £265 MELBOURNE, March I". In the Bankruptcy Court to-day, Mr. Justice Lukin granted a discharge in bankruptcy to William Tindall, horse trainer, of Malvern, but suspended the operation of the certificate until October 2(i, BCS7. Mr. Justice Lukin said that there were many matters remaining to be explained by Tindall. The liabilities of the estate had been more than £IO,OOO, and the assets had realised £2(if>.

A conditional discharge, in the circumstances, would be out of place, and a nominal suspension would not be proper. It was no use making an order against Tindall compelling him to pay some of his' liabilities, because that would suspend his discharge for many years.
