£4500 LEFT TO NURSE LONDON, Fob. 1. Two legacies totalling £4500 reward tl, nurse for 2A years of devoted service in the home of Mr. Charles Francis Vachell, K.C., former Recorder of Gloucester. Mr. Vachell left £2OOO to Lucy May Rogers, described"by him as "my general manager and nurse." A codicil of October last year gives her a further £2500. Mr. Vncnell, who practised in London and had chambers in Temple gardens, Temple, E.G., died on November 5, aged 81. He left £38,542, net personalty £24,853. Miss Rogers' sister,"Lizzie, was his cook. She receives £2OO. After other smaller bequests, the residue of the property goes to Mr. Vachell 's son. Erauk.
