Aubrey Mowle, alderman of tho Port Macquarie Municipal Council, proceeded against Alban Charles Elliott, Mayor, for having direct or indirect pecuniary interest in an Agreement relating to payment, nf certain moneys to the municipal council by the Port Mncquaric Golf Club, and J'or acting in a- civic office h.m aldernian.
