HOSPITAL FARM

(To the Editor of tlifl Herald. ) Sir,—As there was no report in your paper of any discussion regarding the hospital farm at the last meeting of the Hospital Hoard, I would like to know if members of the. press were excluded from the discussion. When all is said and done, the farm affects the ralepayers, and any discussion should be. in open board. Wo have to foot the bill, and should be allowed at least to read reports of the discussion.—Yours, etc., RATEPAYEK.

[The discussion toot place in committee, the decision of the board being communicated to the press later.-—Ed.. Herald.]
