THREE CARS COLLIDE

ACCIDENT AT WESTSHORE

Three cars were involved in a collision at Westshorc on Saturday night, when, a car driven by Mr. Davidson, of Pnlmcrston North, successively collided with a car driven by Mr. Patrick Blythe, of Napier, and a car driven by Mr. Frederick Gordon Petersen, of Hastings. Tho accident occurred almost opposite the old lighter Trusty, the damage to Mr. Blythe's car being a broken front wheel and a damaged running board.

The car driven by Mr. Petersen suffered only minor damage, while Mr. Davidson's car suffered a badlv damaged radiator, a well-bent mudguard, while the front bumper was completely ripped off.

Minor injuries were received by Mr. Davidson and a Miss Wilson, Dr. Allan Berry, of Napi er > attending to the patients, who were able to proceed home.
