SUPREME COURT ACTION

GOODFELLOW V. DAVY (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, this day. It was announced to-day that a settlement had been reached respecting the writ issued by William Goodfellow, -company director, Auckland, in October, claiming £ll4o and a declaration that the agreement entered into with Albert Ernest Davy, political organiser, regarding the formation of a new political party was no longer binding. The case was mentioned before the Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, in chambers in Wellington on October IS, when an application was made for a hearing. In is understood that one of the conditions of the settlement is that the terms should not be revealed for publication.
