A new ‘‘safe toe ’ slice to protect butter-lingered workmen was announced to-day by manufacturers here. Ihe shoes, made with a built-in steel loe capable of resisting two tons’ pressure, are designed to decrease foot accidents in mines, industrial plants and on the farm.
