MISSING FRENCHMAN PA IMS. Jan. S. According to the Rotten police, M. Gaston Dclpierre, former manager of the Paris and Rouen brandies of the Socioto tie Navigation el do Charbons, is alleged to have fraudulently converted about £1.30,000. A warrant for his arrest has been issued.

M. Dclpierre ennnot at present be found by the police. The disclosure of the alleged frauds followed the announcement in tiie Rouen papers that ho had left the company's service
