MOTOR CYCLIST INJURED
. SERIOUS CONDITION COLLISION WITH CAR (Por Press Association.) Nl'.W PLYMOUTH, last night. When ii motor cycle ridden by Arnold Carr, New Plymouth, collided with a stationary motor ear on Breakwater road. New Plymouth, to-night, Carr was seriously injured. The cycle struck the front of the ear with such force that it drove the bumper liars and radiator back on to the fore part of the engine and remained jammed in an upright position after the crash.
The rider was thrown on to the bonnet and, rolled off on to the roadway. lie received a compound fracture of the leg and extensive abrasions. lie was admitted to hospital. His condition is reported to be serious.
