I Lord Willingdon, the last Viceroy under the old dispensation, will prob'ably keep on the house he bought in Calcutta; he may go back as a private citizen. j Ho and his wife are popular, and have done much to break down race--1 prejudice. Lady Willingdon takes Indians by the arm, and has done .much for lepers and outcasts. I They sail for home in about 10 weeks.
