BERLIN TO LEIPZIG REM ARK A BLE QU ALTTY BERLIN, March 1. The quality of the picture in the new television service which has been " - augurated between Berlin and Leipzig is remarkable. An 180 line definition and 25 frames per second, suffice, to produce a. head and shoulder image presenting all details; even the hands of a wrist |plch are visible from each end. Two public sets have thus far been established in Berlin and Leipzig. They are. fitted to armchairs, which an attendant adjusts to the focus of the subscribers. One of the first, users was a boy aged ji years in Berlin who conversed with Ins father at Leipzig, the latter showing him a toy he had just, bought.
