NEW CABINET WARNED CLAIMS OF EXTREMISTS MADRID, March 1. Senor Robles, late Minister of War, interviewed concerning the results of the general elections, commented on the defects of the election laws, and declared that the Right Party should have won, especially in view ot the falsification of votes, but denied wishing to restore the monarchy and establish a dictatorship. He expects tlie Right Party will have over 100 seats out of 473 in the new Cortes, and will carry out a reasoned but not unsympathetic opposition to Senor Azana, supporting him in the preservation of law and order.

ITe concluded : “The honeymoon of the victorious Left Party is now over. Senor Azana will have difficulty in resisting the extremists’ demands for more radical measures than his election pact demands. He cannot survive a four veers’ session."

Sixty thousand attended a demonstration in the bullring and applauded a message by Si-nor Alvarez del Vayo assuring' the Republican Party of Soviet sympathy.

An orphan boy stood at the microphone and announced amid cheers that an air bomb bad killed bis father in the Asturias. His father was a good revolutionary and he intended to be one too. There was no marked disorder over the week-end, the demonstrators policing themselves.
