LICENSED CREWS

":'■ ' '; AUCKLAND, last night. —Members of the Waterside Workers' Union will, in future, work on Australian vessels manned by licensed crews. This' decision, was made at a stop work meeting of the Auckland Union. During the two months that seamen have been on strike in Australia, the ; t"!sicle workers have refused to discharge ot load cargo on Australian vessels which, have visited New Zealand. 'At first, action was taken because the vessels carried volunteer crews, but, afterwards, the embargo was extended to vessels carrying licensed seamen.
