BRIGHT COLOURS BANNED PERIOD OF MOURNING LONDON, Jan. 25. It has been decided that as women would not desire to wear bright colours soon after the funeral of King George, features of springtime fashions will be Royal purple, silver grdy, amethyst, plum, soft browns, dark blues, black and white.
