RETURN MATCH MARIST BE AT PATUTAHI (Herald Correspondent.) The weather was. perfect during the vvcok-iMiil fur the return match between the Palulahi and the Marisl tenuis clubs on the hitler's courts, which wore in excellent condition considering the recent wet weather. With the exception of C. Wilson, whose game with T. Muir provided really sparkling tennis, marked by long rallies and heady play, on the pint of both players, the visiting men were a weak side. The ladies, however, gave a better account of themselves. .Marist. emerged the winners by 16 sets to 8. A sumptuous afternoon tea was served beneath the trees by the lady members of the home team.
