(To tlie Kditor of tin- Herald.)' Sir. The Victoria League lias an opportunity of showing honor to the memory of its late Royal patron by attending the memorial service to-mor-row. New Zealand forges the first _of 24 links in a. chain of prayer and praise that draws the Empire closer in sympathy and love, and also brings earth nearer heaven.
