SLEEPING CRIMINALS
SEIZED IN ROUND-UP BUCHAREST, Nov. I. Many nf Bucharest's dangerous diameters and some of Rumania’s most notorious desperadoes, as will as numerous. fugitives who had escaped from prison, were captured early to-day by the police in a round-up of the city. Altogether they made* a haul of 550 persons—many being seized as they slept.
