LONDON, Oct, 2(3. Every doctor should be a missionary of preventive medicine said Bir Kingsley Wood, Minister ot Health, inaugurating the Charing Cross Hospital Medical School session yesterday. “We no longer laugh in this country at the Chinese, who are said to fee their doctor as long as they keep well and discontinue payment when they are sick,” he said. “If one looks into the future one should see the doctor largely employed keeping the population well.”
