DIVIDEND OF 8 PER CENT The directors of the Flnenzol Proprietary, Limited, in their report to be presented at the annual meeting of shareholders at Wellington on December 23, record a further increase in turnover for the past year, and although the net profit is Jess than, for the previous., year, the policy of development and the. expenditure thereon should bear good fruit in the future. The directors recommend that a dividend at the ra,te of 8 per cent, per annum be paid on the paid-up capital of the company, recently subscribed capita] to carry this rate of dividend as from date of subscription. _ During the latter part of the year itwas decided to increase the nominal capital of the company to £IO,OOO, ami' it is indeed pleasing to report that tinwhole of the increase in capital was taken up by existing shareholders.

Limited, for the half-year ended September was £33,548, after providing £8795 for taxation, compared with £31,660 the previous half-year. With £28,224' brought forward, £61,772 is available.
