WEEK’S 153 FATALITIES NEARLY 5000 INJURED (British Official Wireless., Ile-c. 9.5(1 ft.m. RUGBY, Sept. 21. Road accidents in Britain during the week ending September 14 were 153 killed and 4911 injured, compared with .159 killed and 5555 injured in the corresponding week of last year. LIST FOR EIGHT MONTHS 4441 DEAD; 155,000 HURT LONDON, Sept. 20. Despite the speed limit in built-up areas and the widest safety propaganda aimed at motorists and pedestrians, 4441 persons were killed and 155,025 injured in road accidents in Great Britain this year.
