DAMAGES AWARDED
ACCIDENT TO YOUTH STRUCK BY ' LORRY (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. As damages for injuries suffered in an accident, a messenger, Robert William Patience, aged 15 years, Was awarded £263 by a jury in the Supreme Courtyesterday.' . The defendants were’Morris and Campbell, who admitted liability. The boy was riding a bicycle, when the defendants’ lorry, which was negligently driven, collided with Him. The plaintiff suffered a broken arm and various other injuries. - ■
