LINER FORCED TO ANCHOR DAMAGE ON FORESHORE (Elnc. Tel. Copyright: —United Press Assn.) (Received July 19, 3 p.m.) MELBOURNE:, July 19. A fierce gale is lashing Melbourne. The inter-State liner Westralki, from Perth, was forced to anchor in the hay and send her passengers ashore in lugs. Damage was done on the foreshore. Piers were damaged and small craft, were blown ashore, while fences Were levelled in the siilhirlA.
