Conditions in England were (vaslly'impvoved since Dr. Moody’s last visit. Housing for the workers was going up at a great pace, although the buildings were not as solid as those of the same class,in Austria and Holland. He could not help feeling after an extensive tour that of all the countries visited England was tho one place where one could settle down with a fair sense of security. She was envied by all tho other countries for what she had accomplished in the last few years. ,
