INT H R TOST iM AINTAIN ED Interest is being well maintained in the activities of the Y.AI.C.A. boys’ division. Saturday evening hist was “pound” night. They met. for tea at. 5.30 p.in., after which the first period of half an hour was spent in Bible study, taken from Si. Luke, chapter 11. The.second feature was taken up by a most interesting talk hv Mr. S. 11. Phillips on “A trip to the Islands.” and the third period was devoted to gymnasium games. Tito total roll strength is now 76 and the ages of the hoys participating rango from seven to 14 in three age groups. The hoys are showing a keen interest in carrying out their “deed for the week.” Last week each hoy's “deed’ was to fold pyjamas each morning and it is interesting in note that. 337 pairs were folded during l the course of (lie week. This week they each have In he responsible for the cleaning of two pairs of hoots o! shoe.-, daily.
