MAY OPEN IN AUGUST
PARLIAMENT'S SESSION (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, last night. It appears to be definite that Parliament will open on August 29 for the final session. Ministers arc confident that the' programme of legislation will be completed by the end of October. It is expected that the general elections will take place either on .November 28 or December 5, probably tno earlier date.
