£500,000 FRAUD
MILLER'S FORCED BILLS PARIS, April 16. A miller named llaharl, of' Artannes, near Tours, who was arrested yesterday, admitted-that since 1931 be bad uttered fictitious bills to the vajue of over £500,000. The Beretidorf Bank at Tours had been forced to suspend because of the fraud. Andre .Joly. the head of the Bereudorf's Hank's securities department, who is alleged to be a party to the fraud, has disappeared.
