HITLER'S BIRTHDAY NATION PAYS HOMAGE BROADCAST EULOGY (Elec. Tei. Copyright—United Press Assn.) BERLIN, April 20. Tiie whole country is beflagged in honor of Hon- Hitler's birthday. Herr Hitler's presents include 41 warplanes from Storm Troops and soldiers.
